The main raw material is corn grits which is mixed with water evenly by the flour mixer, squeezed and twisted by the extruder to form the iregular curls shape, and then cut into different length, at last fried or baked and flavored.

Mix
| The mixing process is a key process in Kurkure/Cheetos/Niknak production. The basic process is to weigh the raw materials of different weights according to the formula, then pour them into the crusher and smash them, and then temporarily store all the materials in the storage bin. Then all the ingredients are ready, put them in the blender and mix them |

Corn grits are used as the main raw material to extrude/produce cheetos/kurkures products through the extrusion and kneading power inside extruder barrel/sleeve.
After drying/frying and seasoning,the finished products bear the characteristics of delicious taste and rich nutrients. Both fried and dried cheetos products can be produced by our production line
